Introducing Ronnie Mae Tiered Necklaces

Exclusive Three Strand Necklaces by Dabby Reid

Dabby Reid is proud to offer an exclusive collection of Ronnie tiered necklaces that can be found at www.dabbyreid.com and high-end retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Henri Bendel. You can also find us in select boutiques throughout the United States.

Our violet Ronnie tiered necklace is one of our best selling products, featuring alternating strands of the highest quality, hand-selected materials. The first two strands showcase tasteful diamond, round and cube shaped swarovski crystals and are surrounded by a third strand of bolder, smooth, oval violet quartz. The subdued violet color and adventurous style are a perfect combination for adding variety to your spring or summer wardrobe.

Other tiered necklaces in this collection feature more angular stones in bright pink, aqua and mint, ideal for adding a fabulous pop of color to any outfit! Our delicate Ronnie tiered necklaces in jet black and light Colorado crystal are versatile, classic colors that can be worn year round.

While gorgeous on their own, Ronnie tiered necklaces are part of a larger set of matching jewelry that includes a shorter multi-strand necklace, earrings and bracelet. The shorter Ronnie Mae necklaces are fashioned from three selectively stationed strands of violet quartz accompanied by round and diamond shaped crystals. Wear your layered necklaces with your choice of simple Ronnie Mae drop earrings or our sophisticated long earrings, with a cluster of delicate crystals terminating in a beautiful drop. The Ronnie Mae bracelet completes the collection with a lovely strand of alternating crystals and violet quartz. We offer a large selection of vibrant colors within this entire spring collection including the violet Felicia necklace that will layer together beautifully with our violet pieces.

Selecting & Packing Vacation Jewelry

Adding Jewelry to Your Vacation Wear

On your next vacation, you are not the only thing that is going to look great out in the sun! Your vacation jewelry is a great way to turn the summer sun into your best friend. Add shimmering layers of turquoise, coral or shell stones and crystals to any vacation wear to illuminate you and make you glow! These colors are sure to turn your vacation wear into a true vacation wardrobe!

Have you packed your favorite white sundress? You can make it even more interesting with a splash of layered coral highlighted with subtle hints of crystal. By packing even two complete sets of earrings, bracelets and layered necklaces, you will have enough options for mixing and matching combinations to add sophisticated style to any outfit.

Packing Jewelry for Travel

A summer vacation is the perfect opportunity to show off the more adventurous pieces of your jewelry collection. Unfortunately, this comes with the risk of your jewelry being damaged or lost when you travel. When packing jewelry, always be sure that your jewelry is packed in a case that you are confident will qualify as a carry-on; keep your jewelry in an opaque, non-descript bag—such as a pencil bag—within your luggage. Wearing your jewelry on your flight can provide added safety from theft and loss, but could possibly delay your trip through airport security.
  • Necklaces – string the chain of thin necklaces through a drink straw and secure the clasp in order to keep them from getting tangled. You can use an empty paper roll instead of a soda straw for larger necklaces.
  • Earrings – you can poke holes in pieces of index card in order to keep your earrings with their mates; each pair can be kept on a card in a small plastic bag. If you do this, be sure to tape the back of the earrings to keep them from getting snagged. For an even simpler solution, you can use buttons instead. Thread each earring through a buttonhole, secure the back, and place each button with its pair in a small plastic bag for a convenient way to travel.
  • Bracelets – bracelets are not as prone to tangling as necklaces or as easily lost as earrings. Simply keep each bracelet in a separate plastic bag and pack them into your jewelry bag.
Roll-up cases are widely available and are designed specifically for providing an expedient way to pack your jewelry. However, these cases are often designed to have your bracelets fasten around them once the pack is rolled up. This may be convenient, but it also exposes your bracelets to more potential damage turns an inconspicuous case into an obvious jewelry bag. If you do choose one of these roll-up cases, be sure to pack your bracelets separately.
With all of that said, bon voyage, and be sure to visit Dabby Reid on Facebook and share your vacation photos!
